Some account details — such as your display name and contact number — can be updated directly in your Account Settings after logging in. However, changes to your registered name, date of birth, or national ID details require manual review by our support team. If you wish to permanently close your jiluka account, contact our support team at [email protected] with your request. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method.
