To access the full range of jiluka services, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change.
Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the jiluka Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual – whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or mobile numbers – is strictly prohibited. jiluka employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jiluka reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets, and forfeit any balances held therein.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jiluka login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time PINs (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You agree to:
jiluka will never contact you to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from jiluka that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
jiluka is required to verify the identity of all players in accordance with PAGCOR-aligned anti-money laundering and responsible gaming guidelines. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership at any stage of your relationship with jiluka. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or access to certain features of the Platform.
jiluka accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and major credit and debit cards. All deposits must be made from payment accounts held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically feasible. jiluka aims to process standard withdrawal requests within one (1) business day, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and any pending verification requirements. jiluka reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
All transactions on the jiluka Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. Where a deposit is made in a foreign currency, conversion will be applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction, and applicable conversion fees may be charged by your payment provider.
You confirm that all funds deposited into your jiluka account are from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any criminal activity. jiluka is obligated to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities in accordance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws.

Note: Deposit bonuses are credited to your bonus balance and are separate from your real-money balance. Winnings generated from bonus funds are credited to your bonus balance until wagering requirements are fully satisfied.
All games available on the jiluka Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific rules of a game, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.
jiluka uses certified random number generation (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live casino games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to the rules displayed at each live table.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, jiluka reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. jiluka's decision in such matters is final.
Bets placed after the designated betting window has closed will be void. jiluka is not responsible for bets that fail to register due to connectivity issues on the player's end.

All content on the jiluka Platform, including but not limited to the jiluka brand name, logo, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, and video content, is the exclusive property of jiluka or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the jiluka Platform without our prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jiluka shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits, even if jiluka has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
jiluka's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jiluka account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jiluka does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.
jiluka collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the jiluka Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

You may close your jiluka account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.
jiluka reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or prohibited conduct, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority. In such cases, jiluka may withhold any funds pending investigation.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
jiluka reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, jiluka will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the jiluka Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
